The PTA is designed to help form a greater bond between the parents of IAS students and the Staff. They host several different activities each year including monthly Hot Lunch Day, the Thanksgiving celebration, Family Day, and occasional themed dinners. They also host welcome and good-bye dinners for the teachers each year. The money that they raise is often used to buy books and supplies for the school, help with fieldtrips, help with construction projects or other needs of the school.
